Most of our orders ship from our North Carolina warehouse. We aim to process orders within 5-7 business days from when they are received. After we ship your package expect it to arrive within 3-5 business days after. To make our shipping speeds efficient, we use multiple carriers to ship our orders. Please note orders over $100 may require a signature to prevent your items from being stolen.
When entering your address at checkout please ensure you’ve inputted your correct address. Our system is usually good at spotting non-working addresses, but if you enter a working address that’s not yours, we are not responsible for reshipment or reimbursement.

Orders usually take a few business days to be processed before they’re shipped. Although we can’t guarantee cancellation each time, we believe you’re able to safely cancel an order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information immediately after your order ships.
We understand tracking and delivery notifications aren’t always accurate. Since carriers may flag your package as delivered without delivering your package—mistakes can occur.
If you receive a notification indicating your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend waiting a few business days. Since we’d be able to view the same information you would for the package we recommend you file a claim with the carrier directly. However, if the issue hasn’t been resolved within two weeks after filing a claim please send us an email at [email protected] so we can get you a replacement or refund
We accept returns for items returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition. Items that have been worn or damaged (i.e. covered in dog/cat hair, ripped) cannot be returned. Items discounted in any way (i.e. sales, promotions) are NOT eligible for a refund/exchange.
NOTE: WE MAKE OUR SHIRTS FROM DIFFERENT MATERIALS—SOME SHIRTS MAY HAVE A BIGGER FIT INITIALLY. IF YOUR SHIRT FITS TOO BIG, PLEASE TRY WASHING IT FIRST.
